An Entire Year

I decided a year ago that I was going to start a beauty blog. My thought was if I write it people will read it, and I would have a ton of loyal readers. The truth of the matter was my original blog was crap. It was poorly written, I didn’t write from my own point of view, and I surely did not link my blog to my social media accounts.

So, after a year, ten blog posts, and some soul searching I decided I was going to start over. Start with the last three blog posts of my previous blog with a new unique name and see where it would get me. Let me introduce you to The Cheeky Shadow!

The Cheeky Shadow is solely operated by myself. I am a self-taught makeup lover and enthusiast. I buy my own products to test and try out, then I post my honest review. I have bags of full of makeup waiting to be tested and reviewed. I am also a full-time mother and wife, so testing and reviewing take some time.

The Cheeky Shadow is my chance at reaching a lot more people and gaining some loyal readers. In this new blog I hope to grab more attention from people who are just looking for an honest view on products. The products I test, and review are all over the makeup community from drug store to high end. I review just about all of it. Well any of it I can afford to buy at the time.
